FenixSoft provides a support service for corporate customers from the implementation of nine until you can run the sample application (tutorial that comes with nine).
* Please note that this support service is not available if your development environment differs from the supported operating systems.
　　　Supported operating systems for nine:　Windows XP-i686, Linux 2.6-i686, Linux 2.6-x86_64

　Support Method

Support by e-mail
* Support service for customers will be provided by e-mail.Please note that we are not able to accept questions by phone.

　Support Period

One month
* The support period is for one month, starting from the month you remitted the fee listed below and effective until the end of the following month.(For example, if you remit payment on the first day of the month, you will be able to receive the support service until the end of the following month, which is up to 60 days.）

　Fee

30,000 yen (excluding sales tax)
* If you wish to renew the support service, there is a fee of 30,000 yen/month (excluding sales tax) for each renewal.

　Support Hours

Support hours are between 10:00 and 18:00 (except Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and new-year holidays, and summer holidays.)
* We will reply to your questions within two business days.Please note that questions received after 18:00 will be answered on the following day or later.

　Development Consulting

FenixSoft provides a development consulting service for corporate customers.We will provide a one-stop consulting service from planning to operation in developing online games.We will decide the details of the service after consultation with you, so please feel free to contact us.
