Select [File] - [Set Publish].

Click [Set Publish] and then the [Flash] tab, set [Player] to "10",
select [Action script3.0] for [Script], and then click [Set].

When the detailed setting screen appears,
click the [Library Path] tab, select [nine for Flash], and then click [OK].

Click [Set Publish] and the [Flash] tab and then check
the [SWC Write] checkbox at the bottom of [Set SWC].

On the [Detail] screen, select [Access only network]
for [Security about local replay]
and then click the [OK] button to finish the installation.

「From the left-hand menu on the [Property] screen,
click [Flex Complier], set [Required Flash Player Version]
under [HTML Wrapper]to "10.0.0", and then check the checkbox.

Next, on the left-hand menu, click [Flex Build Path]
and then select the [Library Path] tab.
On the right-hand menu of the [Library Path] screen, click [Add SWC].

Select [nine for Flash] and then click the [OK] button
to finish the installation.
